Bartercard Blog: Customer Service Experience

By: Bartercard Australia  More often than not, you will hear people talking about customer service wherever people are and more often than not, they are negative.  Indeed, it is not every day that a company would gain positive comments regarding the company’s good service despite several positive experiences from the customers. As they say, people will always talk about negative things but they are quiet when it is positive.  Sprout Social Index proved this when they released their research on the customer service call-out culture in the third quarter of 2017 called “ Call-Out Culture: People, Brands, and the Social Media Power Struggle ”.
